When you send an enquiry through our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), preferred date, number of guests, and message. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and process your booking. Form submissions are sent directly to our email and are not stored in the database.
Booking and payments
When you make a booking through our shop we collect billing name and email address. Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe or PayPal) who handle your card details directly. We never store full payment card details on our servers. Order records are retained for a minimum of five years for accounting and legal purposes.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to keep your shopping session active and remember your preferences. We may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site.
